Business hours
Business and visiting fall between the hours of 7:30 am and 9:30 pm and our services are usually completed during this time unless we are behind schedule.  Visits are booked/completed on a first come-first serve basis, and as a result, Woodbridge Pet Sitting will not take time specific calls as we cannot guarantee specific times for each visit. We will make every attempt to visit at the time you specify but please acknowledge that a 2.5 hour window for each visit is acceptable.


Holiday Schedule - Midday Dog-walking
Woodbridge Pet Sitting Service, LLC does not provide midday services for our daily customers (unless specifically requested) on the dates below but are available for pet sitting services for those who will be traveling.

Journal
At your request, daily journal entries can be made after each visit to your home. Most often, information pertaining to bowel movements/urination, activities during our visit or anything we notice that is out of the ordinary is noted for your immediate information that evening.  Also, the information we provide in each journal entry can be tailored to your exact situation..... Just ask us!


Cancellation Policy
We ask that customer cancellations be received at least 48 hours in advance of each scheduled visit or a 50% fee of the regular price of said visit will be charged.  All cancellations received prior to that time window are free of charge.  Woodbridge Pet Sitting reserves the right to deny, cancel or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.


Emergencies
Client agrees to authorize Woodbridge Pet Sitting to handle any pet emergencies that may arise.  Woodbridge Pet Sitting will make every effort to contact client during said emergency. In the event client cannot be contacted, client authorizes Woodbridge Pet Sitting to use their best judgement and to be available at an equivalent hourly to the services normally provided to oversee the circumstances.  


Woodbridge Pet Sitting requires you to have a responsible party to take care of your pet(s) in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster.  It is best that your emergency contact be a neighbor so that they can reach your home in the event of an emergency such as this. Woodbridge Pet Sitting is not responsible for pets in these circumstances.


Payment Arrangement

Payment is expected before or at the time the services are rendered. Payment is currently accepted in the form of cash or check.


Bad Check Policy
A $30 fee is assessed on all returned checks.  All fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash or money order.


Snow Removal
Client is reponsible for making all arrangements for snow removal.  Visits will not be made in snow covered driveways and or walkways because of safety concerns.


Aggressive Animals
Woodbridge Pet Sitting Service, LLC does not accept aggressive, unruly, untrained or dogs that choke themselves on their leash.  All pets must be leash trained. No exceptions.
